5 Month Old Ellie

This sweet girl is 5 Months Old!!! Ellie girl you are so much fun these days and we just love you to pieces!!! All of your sisters adore you and try to get to smile at them but especially Brinkley. She thinks you're her baby. Sometimes she loves you a little more than you like but usually you enjoy her and let her carry you around like a baby doll! You've grown so much this month and are changing each day! A few things you've been up to. 

~weight 16lbs

~diapers size 2 honest brand 

~clothes 3-6 month 6 month (you might have a few rolls on your thighs and arms)

~ sleeping is hit or miss. Some nights you sleep all night others you wake up a time or two. 

~ you nap great during the day and love to sleep in your mamaroo

~you said goodbye to your first best friend that moved away this month

~which means you also took your second car trip to Iowa as well and you were a rockstar

~we've given you about 4 bites of food and you seem indifferent at this point

~You've learned to get all over by rocking back and forth (which does not dongood things for your bald spot)

~ you've also mastered rolling both ways, mostly because you HATE being on your tummy

 

~you've gone on several trips to the Zoo

~you've gone on several outings with your favorite friends

~you celebrated your first Memorial Day

~you went swimming for the first time and absolutely loved it!

~you are just cute and happy as can be

Sweet girl you are the icing to the cake and just a delight to be around! We are loving this time and trying to enjoy it as it wizzes by! 

Brielle 4 Months

Little Ms. Brielle I didn't know my babies could just keep getting sweeter but you sure are the sweetest! I want to put you in my pocket and take you everywhere with me, especially work. But they frown on that. Your personality has definitely exploded this past month and you are becoming more and more interactive and reactive. Daddy and I love it, but even more your sisters LOVE it!

Here's a few facts about this past month.

BFF's

-weight 14.5lbs little chunky 🐒
-diapers size 1 pampers size 2 honest diapers
-clothes 0-3, 3, and some 3-6 months
-you're undecided how you feel about the paci
- you like to be swaddles and laid down to sleep

- you are not a snuggly bug
- you sleep pretty well but are not consistent, usually you only wake up once during the night but it can be any time between midnight and 5am.

-you are trying really hard to roll over from your back to your tummy but haven't quite accomplished it yet.
- you got to celebrate your first mothers day
-you got your ears pierced
-you got to try out a swing and you love it

Brielle's 3 Months

Brielle Sue~ 3 Months Old! 

You sweet babe are 3 months! And while that means time is flying and you're getting bigger it also means the end of maternity leave for momma! 

That's how I feel too!

~ weight 13#

~diaper size 1 

~clothes 0-3mo, and 3mo 

~celebrated your first Easter

~sleeping about 6 hours at night 

~ eating like a champ every 3 hours during the day 

~love to suck on your finger or hands of mom doesn't pop that paci in quick enough 

~you learned your best friend is moving away 😭

~you have started smiling so much! Especially at your sisters. 

~learning to take a bottle (which we probably should have tried a few times before leaving you with grandma for 12 hours but you are slowly catching on) 

~you took your first road trip to Iowa and got to meet several new family members

You still have the best hair of any baby I know. And even though this month has come with adjusting to working and keeping the house and family afloat we couldn't imagine life without you! Until next month! (Hopefully you cooperate better for pics on month 4)
